Mike Spunich has been our Realtor for years and when it came time to prepare my parent's home that was built in 1957 to sell after their passing, there was no doubt who we'd call to help us. He goes the extra mile to print large, all color brochures about the home and its features - and he printed them again when the price changed! He places placards around the home to remind prospects to look at specific details that may have been missed otherwise. He follows up on EVERY showing and calls the buyers agent to get their feedback, then relays that feedback to the seller. He took time with us, didn't rush us and answered all of our questions. He provided us with checklists which really helped us to prepare the home. He even went so far as to provide us with contact information for contractors who could help us with drywall and paint! He was available 24/7 even late at night when we had questions and needed his advice.
